During the initial consultation, our seasoned stylist will conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of your property, meticulously considering its unique features, style, target buyer, and timeline requirements. They will capture photos, take detailed notes, and provide a quote that reflects the selection of key furniture items chosen for home staging, aiming to enhance the property’s appeal and resonate with your ideal buyer.
If you require assistance in preparing your home for sale – whether it involves repainting, recarpeting, or seeking interior design advice – we are here to help. Our interior design service extends to coordinating these preparations, offering access to our trade and wholesale discounts on flooring, lighting, and more, as well as connecting you with our network of reliable tradespeople.
If you are unable to attend this site visit don’t stress, our stylist can email you the quote and easily discuss any questions over the phone. In tenanted circumstances or other such hurdles, a floor plan or building plan with any photographs/ measurements may be adequate enough to provide a tentative quote until we are able to enter the home.
Quote Acceptance
Upon acceptance of the quote for our home staging services, product is secured for your required booking dates and your job is scheduled. Acceptance of the quote requires a 25% deposit, with the remaining 75% due at least 7 days before your installation date.
Installation
On the scheduled date and time, our expert property styling and logistics team will arrive at your property to orchestrate a transformation that will render it an exquisite and alluring residence, certain to captivate potential buyers.
To ensure a seamless process, we kindly request that your home is prepared in advance, with the property cleaned and all furniture and belongings removed as per the terms outlined in your signed contracts.
Rest assured, you need not be present during the property staging setup, as we can easily arrange for the collection and return of keys at your discretion and convenience.
We extend an invitation for you to return to the property before the day’s end, allowing you to witness firsthand the exceptional quality and emotional impact of our creative styling. We aim to create an environment that resonates deeply with potential buyers, inspiring them to envision the home as their own and perhaps even offer more to make it a reality.
Closing the Chapter: Wrapping it Up
Upon the completion of your real estate property styling period, the Design Sister team will return to gracefully collect and remove the furniture, accessories, and artwork, restoring your property to its pristine state. Your home will be left immaculate, awaiting its delighted new owner to step in and begin their new chapter in style.
